Prairie RFC Silent Auction Vendor Donations

For those of you who are not aware an auction benefiting Prairie Rugby Football Club Boys and Girls is scheduled for May 6th, at Flannagan’s Apple, time of the event will be forth coming. A master list of companies already contacted for donations is posted everyday and a letter for distribution to a prospective company is available upon request.

When you contact a company asking for donation please make sure to notify me so I can send information on to master list to reduce repeat letters. All players are expected to help gather donations but participation on the day of the auction is required as the monies collected will benefit all.
